Bolle Bandite by is a natural wine made in Veneto with grapes. Working on a farm surrounded by animals, the wines of Carolina Gatti are rustic and approachable and at a good price too. Bolle Bandita is the name of her most well known wine, a Col Fondo Pet Nat featuring the Glera grape… so technically an old-school Prosecco. Except, it cannot be called Prosecco as not the legal style, so the name means “forbidden bubbles”…
