Mongarda made high-quality Prosecco using the Charmant method (as well as Col Fondo, the ancient Pet Nat style). They farm 12 hectares and often do single vineyard plots in their bottlings, like the Extra Dry Valdobbiadene. The Vineyards here look beautiful and on well-exposed plots in the hills.
