No artificial yeasts are added, only indigenous yeasts to preserve the typical characteristics of the terroir and the vintage. Fermentation in barrels at the natural cellar temperature. Aged for 15-18 months on the lees. Dry, rounded, and delicate on the nose, with aromas of white flowers that combine with those of fresh butter and dried fruit in a fascinating blend.
