A pas-dosé classic method sparkling wine from the Oltrepò Pavese region, a 2015 Cuvée dell’Angelo Millesimato, produced by Moratti (Castello di Cigognola). This classic method wine is born from a passion for Pinot Noir, aged 72 months on the lees and with no added sugar after disgorgement. The palate displays a long finish and a vibrant structure. Pastry notes and ripe, fleshy red fruit. Very elegant, fine bubbles.
