A Franciacorta Zero Dosaggio that expresses the personality of the terroir, with a selection of Pinot Noir grapes from moraine soil. The perlage is fine and dense. It opens with notes of peach, pineapple, candied citron, ginger, gunpowder, and breadcrumbs. On the palate, it displays dazzling freshness and structure, while retaining a certain lightheartedness. The finish, featuring citrus and mineral notes, lingers without hesitation. Excellent with appetizers, fish, and cheeses.
