Still red Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore Riserva, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cavit in Trentino-Alto Adige. Vintage 2021. A wine that expresses the excellence of the Trentino region, with Teroldego grapes grown in the Campo Rotaliano area. Aged for approximately 15 months in barriques and barrels, before a brief aging in bottle. Clean, fruity with aromatic notes of small red berries and violets. Ruby red with pronounced purple edges. Well-structured on the palate, balanced and enveloping. On the palate, the flavor has an intense aftertaste of blackberry and blueberry.
