Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut, 12.5% ABV, produced by Ca’ del Bosco, 2020 vintage. Blend: 65% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Blanc. A Franciacorta that expresses the strength of Pinot Noir combined with the elegance of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The hand-picked grapes are selected and cooled, then fermented in small oak barrels for 5 months. Aged for 48 months. A low dosage enhances this wine’s potential, ensuring great richness and complexity over time.
