Amateus Bobi 2020 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Loire region in . This red wine is made with grapes an is the estate’s “historic” vintage. The grapes are grown on old vines, from 1952, which is based on a clay-limestone plots. Aging takes place for one year in their traditional limestone cellar.
Tasting wise we found Amateus Bobi 2020 to have excellent mineralic elements which would work great with food, especially with it|s slightly green stemmy parts. A very solid wine. Drink in one sitting
