A wine that embodies the elegance and refinement of Sauvignon Blanc, produced by one of Burgundy’s most famous and long-standing wineries. Vinification takes place very slowly at low temperatures to preserve the floral aromas that characterize this wine. An intense and rich bouquet dominated by floral notes of hawthorn and mulberry. Pale gold, clear and brilliant. On the palate, it is dry, lively, harmonious, and very distinctive.
