Brut classic method sparkling wine, produced by Villa Sandi, 2017 vintage. A VSQ from Veneto, celebrating the Italian sparkling wine tradition. Blend: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 12% ABV. Villa Sandi’s roots date back to the 1920s, with a history that has evolved through the generations. The grapes are softly pressed, and the must ferments partly in stainless steel and partly in used barriques. Aged for at least 60 months on the lees. A fine and persistent perlage.
