Valli Unite – Red & the Beast

Red & the Beast by is a natural red Pet Nat wine made in Piedmont with , and grapes (the latter being a white grape, lifting the mouthfeel and weight of the wine).

 Expect a juicy mouthfeel and nice bubbles, similar to a dry Lambrusco vibe. Would work great with tomato based dishes like pasta, pizza and similar food vibes, but also ideal on its own.
