On the nose, it is fresh, clean, and mineral, with subtle hints of flint, white fruits, and citrus fruits ripened to an almost tropical level. Straw yellow in color, it features a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate, it has a good balance with a soft, creamy mousse, supported by good acidity and a very clean finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light, delicate dishes.
