Syfany – Waves 2020

The wine called Waves by Syfany is a big white blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Riesling & Gewürztraminer.

This has a leftover yeastiness from the 5 months on the fine lees in the BIG oak barrel, it’s got structure from the chardonnay, it’s got mossiness from the Sauvignon, it’s got nice acidity from the Veltliner & the Riesling, plus that aforementioned Je ne sais quoi from the odd experiment with the Gewürz &Welschriesling.
