Stéphane Tissot – Patchwork 2022

Patchwork 2020 by is a rich, rounded white wine made in Arbois, Jura with 100% grapes which like the name suggests, is taken from a range of different plots.

Half are from limestone soils and half are from clay soils, with some plots featuring old vines which could quite easily be their own premium wine but Stephane does not want to expand the range of wines any further. This Patchwork wine is EXCELLENT and a great introduction to the style of Tissot
