Stéphane Tissot – La Mailloche 2018

La Mailloche 2018 by is made in Jura with grapes.

This is the 2018 vintage… which we have not yet tried BUT the 2015 vintage of this wine truly blew the whole crowd away!

2015 was buttery floral and fresh and the aging could really be tasted here. Whilst Acidity is there it’s not the focus, and instead a slight nuttyness and touch of honey is welcomed on the finish. Exceptional winemaking.
