Specter California Straight Bourbon Finished in Napa Valley Dessert Wine Casks

Our California Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an exploration of the bounty that California has to offer. Distilled from California grains in small batches on a hybrid pot-column farm still and aged in barrels that were hand coopered in the Napa Valley over natural wood fires. This exquisite whiskey is then finished in French oak barrels which had previously held dessert wine from the Napa Valley which imparts delicate fruit flavors and aromas to an already classic bourbon.
