Schiopetto Mario Pinot Grigio 2022

Wine made exclusively from Pinot Grigio grapes, a vine of French origin cultivated in the hills in medium marly soils. It produces small bunches with round, grey-red berries and, like Pinot Blanc, derives from the budding mutation of Pinot Noir. Harvesting is by hand, soft pressing is followed by a short period of decanting in the total absence of sulphur dioxide.
