Rudolf Trossen – Silbermond Feinherb 2023 (Sweet)

Rudolf and Rita Trossen make this Riesling wine with grapes grown on 40 year old vines, grown on slate soils.  This Silbermond Feinherb 2022 wine is sulphured with 23mg/l, so will be a different experience to his more natural range. Technically, this is not a natural wine, as it is also filtered.

Feinherb is a term used to describe a wine that lies inbetween dry and off-dry. So, it’s not sweetm but not fully dry either.
