Crémant de Savoie Extra Brut, classic method, produced by Domaine Quenard in Savoy, France. Non-vintage, 12% ABV, blend of Altesse and Chardonnay. A Crémant born from a passion for sustainable viticulture and respect for the terroir. Intense aromas of jasmine and white fruit such as apple, citrus fruits, especially lime, and a finish of bread crust. A subtle and elegant nose. The perlage is fine, abundant, and persistent. On the palate, the creamy bubbles are striking, with a pronounced freshness and a finish of rennet apple.
