Lulu Magnum is a special natural wine crafted by , in the Auvergne region in . This red wine is made with grapes (actually more specifically Gamay d’Auvergne), which unlike most of the Bouju range is taken from their own domain fruit. These are old vines, 80 year olds grown on basalt soil. Vinified with semi-carbonique maceration in amphora and aged in oak barrel.
Tastewise, this awesome red features excellent minerality that is very prominent from the volcanic soils it is grown on, alongside black cherry hits and some delightful spice. An abolsute WINNER!
