How is MC by Partida Creus made?

This is 100% Macabeo grown in Baix Penedès on calcareous clay soils, up to 300m in elevation. Hand harvested, crushed and left with the skins for up to a week and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. This crisp, fun and refreshign wine then ages for several months, bottled with zero SO2, as with all Partida Creus wines
