A wine born on the island of Sant’Erasmo in the Venice lagoon, from a project that revived grape growing using traditional methods. It expresses aromas of tropical fruit, notes of orange blossom, and white pepper. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. It is enveloping, refined, and persistent, a wine that tells the story of a unique terroir.
