THIS WINE IS CRAZY. Its made by a producer who used to live in Champagne, and moved to Georgia to be with his Georgian partner. He has brought a style of traditional method sparkling to Georgia, that no-one else is doing in this way.

The result is TOTALLY UNIQUE. This wine is suuuuuper vegetal with interesting and strong celery root, asparagus, leaves and aniseed. Be warned….this is not a wine for everyone and perhaps difficult to drink a whole bottle solo, but WOW, if you want a totally extreme unique experience this is the sparkling to get!
