Still red Côtes du Jura Poulsard, 12% ABV, produced by Oenosaphiens, a trading/importing company founded in Milan in 2022. 100% Poulsard, 2023 vintage. 0.75L bottle. A wine that celebrates the freshness and authenticity of Poulsard, a native grape variety of the Jura. The light pre-fermentation extraction yields a fresh bouquet, with hints of red fruit (freshly picked and candied cherry) and herbs. A fresh and aromatic wine: a slightly earthy vegetal note typical of the Poulsard variety. Early bottling and the low alcohol content preserve all the freshness of the product and its great drinkability.
