Milan Nestarec states “To make our liter-bottle rainbow complete, we created Růž, a new pal for our beloved Běl, Okr and Nach. The name is once again a simple description of its colour, since “růžová” means pink in Czech. Actually, this cuvée is not entirely new – I’d made two vintages in the past (2012 and 13) and 2021 felt like a great time for its resurrection. Here’s why: I prefer to make a rosé this easy, fresh, “paysan” in the best sense of the term. This is a prime raw material in humble disguise, definitely “high value for money“.
