Still red Trentino wine, 13.5% ABV, produced by Maso Poli (Gaierhof). Vintage 2021. A Pinot Noir Superiore that speaks of the passion and dedication of the Togn family, who have lovingly cultivated this land since 1700. Long aging in oak barrels. Intense, elegant yet clearly defined aroma. Hints of undergrowth, especially currant. A fairly pale ruby red, yet warm and brilliant. Dry on the palate with an elegant bitter aftertaste.
