Still organic white wine from Veneto, 12% ABV, produced by Masari. Blend: 75% Riesling, 25% Durella. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Massimo Dal Lago and Arianna Tessari, who rediscovered the old vineyards of the Agno Valley in 1998. Spontaneous fermentation. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for approximately 6 months, followed by at least 6 months of bottle aging. Floral, fruity, and citrus aromas, with captivating hints of aromatic herbs. Bright yellow color with green highlights. Fragrant, savory, and persistent on the palate. Extended bottle aging reveals interesting mineral notes over the years.
