Marada – Ryšák 2022

Ryšák 2022 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Moravia region in . This rose coloured wine is a red/white blend but comes with an orange tinge as you can see, as the Chardonnay used within has seen seen some skin-contact maceration. This 50% Chardonnay is then blended with 60% Pinot Noir and 10% Sankt Laurent.

Featuring a light and mild burst of Volatile Acidity which gives it a punky edge, this wine is juicy, vibrant and expressive with notes of tart cranberries, yogurt and yellow plums. Very tasty!
