Les Bottes Rouges – No Milk Today

No Milk Today is a natural wine crafted by , in the Jura region in . This orange wine (rare in the Jura!) is made with 100% grapes (some vintages use Savagnin, this blend of 2022 and 2023 is Chardonnay, which are taken from 40 year old vines.

No Milk Today 2022 sees the grapes macerated for 10 days and then half is aged in inox tanks, and half is aged in Foudre barrels before being blended together before bottling.
