FIRA is a special Negoce wine from Jas Swan of Katla Wines, made with Austrian winemaker Andi Ziniel

8 days juicy carbonic maceration of Sankt Laurent
Meaning 1/3rd whole grapes drowned in 2/3rd direct pressed St Laurent and sealed off of any oxygen access for 8 days. Causing a juice maceration, as
well as an intercellular grape.

Fira means party in Swedish and to support this aspect we decided to put
her as well in a sexy 1l bottle.

Katla Wines is Jas Swan, a German winemaker who honed her winemaking techniques with winemakers in the Mosel Valley and Rheinhessen. Now with her own vines and buying some grapes in elsewhere, her wines are interesting, wild and experimental. Katla wines makes both still and pet nat wines, some featuring PiWi hybrid grapes like Regent & Cabernet Blanc which can make for an interesting experience.
