Karnage (Jura) – Chark 2020

Chark 2020 by is a natural wine made in Jura with grapes.

This took a while to be ready, before we decided to released.

It’s a bit reductive and needs some air to find itself.

Chalky, lemon, salt.

Nothing like what you expect with Jura, which makes it very interesting juice!
