Finisterra by Jean-Marc Dreyer is a orange wine, consisting of a blend of Riesling, Auxerois & Sylvaner.
It features maceration of full bunches for 7-10 days. Fermentation and aging on lees in 1000-2000 – 3000L Foudre. No added sulphur
