Auxerrois Maceration by Jean-Marc Dreyer is a orange wine, consisting of Auxerois as the name suggests. This Alsace wine features maceration of full bunches for 7-10 days. Fermentation and aging on lees in 1000-2000 – 3000L Foudre. No added sulphur.
