The 2019 Giannecchini Old-Vine Zinfandel Blend shows exactly why vintner Clay Shannon pounced on the Giannecchini Vineyard in the Talmage Bench region of Mendocino County. Grown on vines planted between 1910 and 1920 on land farmed by the Giannecchini family for four generations, it’s bursting with the red- and black-fruit character and vibrancy for which the greatest California Zins are known.
