WOW! For sure the best Susucaru Rosato vintage in years this… and the reason?
Perhaps as it’s titled RosSato… so inbetween a rosé & a red with more complexity and depth whilst still keeping it’s playful charm. Actually, there is no Susucaru Rosso this year, so it seems Frank Cornelissen made a blend of both to create this special one.
Less reductive and synthetic in flavour profile than previous years, this one is beautiful!
Nice acidity and full expressions of pomegranate, white pepper, tomato leaf, cranberry and herbal touches. VERY GOOD!
