Machado 2020 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Sicily region in . This somewhat rose wine is actually made with a red AND white blend of Trebbiano, Catarratto, Perricone & Nerello Mascalese, so not your typical rose!

Alongside some volatile acidity that lifts the body, expect herbal notes with an almost light strawberry cordial vibe complemented by a finish that is reminiscent of Angostura Bitters, like you would find in an artisan cocktail and a nice, semi-oily texture that works very here.

This is a complex rosé that is ideal for sipping to appreciate its dynamic profile, and certainly not “just” for summer.
