Etnella – Tracotanza 2022

Tracotanza 2022 by is a volcanic red wine, made on Mount Etna, Sicily with 80% and 20% Grenache grapes.

This wine with no added sulphur is made  with 5 days skin contact, aging in concrete tanks. The vines, which are over 60 years old, are grown in Solicchiate Monte Dolche, on the north side of Mount Etna at 1000mt high. 

This wine needs some time to age, and when serving a good 30 minutes in a caraffe.
