Ducal – Riesling 2019

NOTES from supplier: Just like Ducal’s Furmint, the Riesling has a ton of minerality, even almost going so far as to leave a craggy salt finish on the palate. The characteristic sugars & acidity you expect from Riesling are also brought into much deeper sharp relief due to the practice of harvesting 20% of each grape with botrytis (noble rot). You may have heard of this being done for something like a half-dry Riesling, but believe us, it works even better for a fully dry one. Nice, full mouthfeel, too.
