Domaine de Sulauze – Super Modeste

Supermodeste is a Pet Nat wine crafted by , in the Provence region in . Young couple, Karina and Guillaume Lefèvre create their unique wines in Miramas, growing 30 hectares of vines on a soil consisting of limestone, shells, and sand.

They also grow wheat, barley and olives! Meticulous in vineyard and cave, their wines are elegant and vibrant.

This sparkling Pet Nat ‘Supermodeste’ wine is made with and grapes.

This Supermodeste has a classic, almost Cremant feel to it and is fresh, clean, zippy and funk-free.

We enjoyed notes of melon, cucumber, light raspberry cordial and a touch of lemon sherbert. What a delight!
