Domaine de la Touraize – Zeste de Chardonnay 2018

Zeste de Chardonnay 2018 by Domaine de la is made in Arbois, Jura with grapes.

The domain told us its an orange wine, but we would actually say its white.

Essentially, its a Chardonnay with some very minor skin-contact. We recommend to decant for half an hour to express its delicate, aromatic flavours more as it becomes more oxidative in nature, opening up to be a little nuttier! 🙂
