Domaine de la Borde – Vin Jaune 2015 (ONE PER ORDER)

Vin Jaune 2015 is an oxidative, natural wine crafted by Julien Mareschal of , in the hilltop village of Pupillin, in Jura next to Arbois.

As all Vin Jaunes, this oxidative white wine is made with 100% grapes, which are aged Sous Voile under “Flor” in Foudre barrels for a minimum of 6 years. No added sulphur. Bottled in the traditional 620ml bottle.
