“Plous’saperlipopette” Poulsard is a natural wine crafted by Julien Mareschal of , in the village of Pupillin, which is next to Arbois in Jura, and shares the same appellation status.
This red wine is made with 100% Poulsard grapes, which were grown on grey marl soils with clay and limestone. With no added sulphur, we recall trying this wine in the Jura and it being a juice bomb with complexity at the same time!
These wines are freshly bottled, so if you can, give them some aging.
