Doc Swinson’s ‘Tres Amigos’ Exploratory Cask Rye Whiskey 750ML

Aged in three types of casks. Starting with a blend of two five-year rye whiskey mash bills finished in our ex-rum cask solera for an additional year, our blender then decided to take that product and play around with a few Añejo Tequila casks. Baked spiced pears, agave syrup, followed by white pepper, pineapple skins, and vanilla
