Didier Grappe – Chardonnay Novelin

Chardonnay Novelin is a natural wine crafted by , in the small village of Saint-Lothain in the Jura, quite close to Poligny. This white wine is made with grapes. This vibrant wine features no added sulphur, as with all Didier Grappe wines. Fermentation was made in stainless steel tanks, with the wine then aged in old wooden barrels. 

Drinking Chardonnay Novelin

Expect an easy-going, uncomplex yet interesting finish, with light citrus touches and mild reduction. Drink in one sitting, as it may not hold the next day.
