Fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days. Ample and complex with fruity aromas of blackberry and cherry and spicy notes reminiscent of cinnamon, vanilla, and green pepper. Purple-ruby color. Full-bodied with a pleasant freshness and savory finish.
