Nose: unusual mix of sweet plum, slightly rotten blackberry and farmhouse vibes from my childhood.

Taste: fresh, juicy and vibrant in the beginning but later you get a particular grippy green taste of stems.

Not for everyone but an intense-red-wine-lovers should appreciate this unusual type of a sparkling wine.
