Still white Riserva from Trentino Alto Adige, 14% ABV, produced by Colterenzio. 100% Pinot Bianco, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of 26 winemakers who founded the cooperative in 1960, gaining independence from wine merchants. The vineyards are concentrated in the Eppan Berg area, one of the historically renowned places for Pinot Bianco. Hints of fragrant apple and pear, and an elegant and complex bouquet. Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the palate, it perfectly expresses its pronounced acidity and has a lovely savory and mineral finish.
