Grown on sandy volcanic soils with a high iron content, the vines give the grapes a lot of complexity. After cold maceration, it goes into stainless steel tanks so that the grape variety presents itself in its purest form in the glass.

Dark berries, Mediterranean herbs and a peppery finish with noticeable tannins. Versatile and surprisingly complex for an entry-level wine!
