The Mitsuko’s Chardonnay has generous notes of fresh melon, Jasmin blossom and pear underscored by subtle oak give way to rich aromas of crème brûlée and peach. On the palate the wine gently evolves showcasing notable flavors of pineapple, Asian pear and fresh cut hay. Balanced, structured acidity and oak spice add complexity without overwhelming the delicate fruit.
