Chateau Minuty 281 Cotes de Provence Rose Wine

The most serious and structured of  bottlings, this  has intense peach and melon fruit flavours perfectly complemented by saline and iodine notes on the mid-palate and a lengthy, mineral-laced finish.

Chateau Minuty was purchased in 1936 by the Matton-Farnet family and soon after, the vineyards were completely replanted with a focus on traditional, local grape varieties, painstakingly farmed to produce lower yields.
